Difference between amd x and f processor

So ive been looking at prebuilts and from ive learned the x is better bc it has integrated graphics or something like that? So thats what ive been looking for and ive been avoiding f. But i found a good build with a 5060ti 16gb of vram 32 gb of ram 1tb but it has a ryzen 7 with an f at the end and i was rly disappointed to see that bc its in my price range(around 1000) and everything else looked perfect. So what im Wondering is what actually makes the x better than the f and if its worth getting the f to get the 5060ti 16gb of vram over possibly a 9060 16gb of vram or even just 8gb in the end. Is the trade off worth it?
