PSA: Longer wait times between Paya Lebar and Bedok

From 4 to 8 Dec, during off peak hours, wait times may be increased to up to 17 minutes, as every alternate shuttle train departing Paya Lebar will end at Kembangan, with only one of the trains continuing to Bedok.
