What dating advice would you give a woman in her late 20s with minimal experience?

In my case, I’ve only been on a handful of dates over the years, but have mostly stayed out of the dating ‘world’ due to working in isolated places, body insecurity, and then the pandemic.

Whether for me or for women in general who might be in my situation, any tips/warnings/words of wisdom?
