Traveling with a suitcase

Hi! Just wondering how strict norwegian is with suitcases and the wheels bringing extra few cm on the overhead luggage. I have one ridiculously small suitcase i cant do anything with and one where the storage part is perfectly 55cm but the wheels bring extra max 5cm.
