29f looking for roommates, leaving $1168 studio

Looking to go back to roommates someplace quiet and close to Midtown Manhattan (half hour or less). I mostly work from home if that's a dealbreaker. I'm very clean. I love nonfiction and am currently obsessed with learning to cook. Would love to move Jan 1 but can do earlier/later if need be.

I want to pay less than I'm currently paying for my rent-stabilized studio ($1168). This is not an ad for a lease takeover but I mention it in case it incentivizes anyone to interact lol. I will be looking for someone to take it over after I find a new place.
