Why do yall like game of thrones?

I just finished episode 1. All I see is they gave someone with a gore, rape, and incest fetish a lot of money to make a show. WHY IS THERE SO MUCH INCEST. WHY SO MUCH NUDITY. But I am curious what makes yall like the show?
