Where can I get help with an account issue these days?

Having trouble signing into Xbox Live on the 360 and playing back compat games. Went to Xbox support page and the "chat" is just an AI now. Told "it" my problem about signing in and they can't do it through chat or phone calls and the only option is to troubleshoot it myself. Well yeah I've done all that and nothing works and can't get in touch with a human at all to help with this. Does anyone know a way around this stupid AI bs?
