California journeyman exam

I have a question about journeyman license

Im currently and ET and have already completed a 9month program, im wanting to apply to take the test soon but im not sure if I can count all of my hours.

3 years in North Carolina remodeling and solar.. can I count it?

1 year in san diego for a small solar shop that at the time didn't have a c10 license but a c46 or something like that but now they have a c10... can I count it?

Now 2 years with a commercial solar company with a c10.

In my book thats 6 years but maybe only two years "counts"?

I've been to social security and printed work history but on the app for the journeyman test I fill in my own hours. Do they look into the difference in states and licenses for each company ive worked for? Thanks!
