How are people getting claim with the new updates?

Hi I have Influenster for almost a year and I have never gotten a notification that I could be a match and I know that it takes a while but how long did it take for everyone and also those who are getting claims are you connected with social media? I have a 98% since I haven’t connected it to my social media so I was wondering if that could be a reason why I don’t get anything.
