Sellers Disclosure Fraud

Well, I’ll try and make a long painful story short. We recently purchased a home and the sellers (same owners 50 years) lied about water intrusion. Once we moved in we started painting and it brought all of the hidden damage to the surface. They were patching and spraying popcorn ceiling in a can. I have 3 active water leaks in my walls, attic and a ceiling. We’ve had all of them confirmed by a moisture inspector. The entire structure of the home is covered in water damage. We’ve been here a month. We signed arbitration agreements and our agent never explained it. She just sent them electronically. We were in a multiple offer situation and she rushed us. Dumb, I know. Trust me. I estimate over 100K to remedy this according to contractors. Is arbitration even worth it? They lied and that’s all I know. Although I don’t feel hopeful for us.
