Small littles, big diapers

Yesterday I ordered my first real abdl diapers. I’m skinny so I can fit into size 7 pull ups with ease. My local diaper suppliers smallest size is medium. Just tried on my first pairs of tiny tails and abu diapers. There HUGE! Think I have to resort to wearing my regular pull ups underneath to make them fit. Any tips?
