I want to buy a 1999 mini trunk live in nyc who can insure this car? I won’t be using this car much it’s just a toy I want. 🙏 I call progressive and then they transfer me to their partnership insurance but they didn’t accept it. How do I register or what am I supposed to say so they ensure my car. It’s a cheap car, so I just want it to be llegal
