PULHES score

Applied for retraining and medical clearance came back and my 422 changed, and now my S score isn't what it's supposed to be for my AFSC, will this mean I might be considered for separation or withdrawal from my AFSC? I've done two med clearances, and I noticed that in the email section they put UDMs, TOPA, and medical readiness in there and they weren't for my previous med clearance which was for orders.
