Returning Player - Bumble Flower HELP

Hello, I am a returning player and wanted to build an aggro, counters matter, Ms. Bumbleflower deck. This is the current list and I would love help. I dont wanna spend more than $15 per card unless its *NEEDED* and would like to keep additional upgrades in total under $80.
