IT Account Managers what advice can you give?

Advice

Hi Everyone,

First of I’d like to say thank you for taking the time to read my message. I’m 29 years old and currently an account manager handling top banks here in the philippines. So mostly what I focus on is to sell resources (IT professionals) and deploy them to different projects across the bank. But right now I’m quite confuse on my career path given several challenges with staff augmentation with our clients. That given it’s a bank (confidential projects) they prefer someone regular/organic. I’m also trying to study on how to sell SaaS and PaaS, but I’m so confused on how to. Prior to this I have a background with recruitment that’s why I’m the one who got promoted and do the job given my PR skills and my recruitment background ( Timing, Market Info, Experience with different kinds of profiles) Now I just want to ask what’s the next step I should do, I also coordinate btw with different project leads, workforce , procurement , propose rates and also manage several resources (40+ resources), coordinate with internal operations team aswell. Thank you so much for your advice.
