Which game do I play now?

I played Sword, Arceus, Violet and ZA. I want to go back and play the gen before Sword but I got a lot of different information and I am not sure which game I should play now. I am assuming it's pokemon sun and moon but there are also apparently different versions. And there is also apparently pokemon let's go Pikachu/Eevee. Which one do I pick up?
