RTX 5070 Asus Prime or PNY 5070 OC?

Is there much of a difference between these two cards? The Asus prime is going for $720 right now where I live and the PNY one is going for $750. I was gonna get the PNY one cause I've heard they're more of a reliable brand than asus for customer support in case anything happens with RMA's. But I also read that the asus prime has better cooling cause it has phase-change cooling, not sure what that is though. Does it matter which one I get or are they both pretty much the same? Sorry I'm new to PC building.
