Wool Overcoat Suggestions

Can anyone recommend some good places to find a 100% wool overcoat, or a blend of cashmere and wool. If there is a lining it’s not that big of an issue, but would prefer good materials for a hopefully lifelong jacket. Will be used for dressier occasions. I’m in Canada but open to ordering if need be. Looking to keep it around $700 ideally.

I know ebay is an option but haven’t had luck on it so looking at alternative options.
