Is this okay?

So, septum done 2 and a half weeks ago. Is it normal for it to be a bit red? I'm very paranoid, so, thought I'd come on here. It's red, with like crusties forming in/around it. It doesn't hurt too much, like, it doesn't hurt when I move the jewlery or clean it or anything, only when I accidentally whack my nose or press around the area. It's not like, too red, but if you look inside my nose where the piercing is, it is red. I tried getting a picture, but my phone seems to like to take photos in two pixels.
