2 days late AF negative test help

2 days late for AF, negative test. not sure when I ovulated I use the Flo app but I also had the flu and was wondering if maybe I ovulated late and that’s why my period is late but negative test? I had all the pms symptoms for a week. Acne, really bad fatigue, super hungry, slight cramping. Then it went away. I usually have super regular cycles between 28-29 days. Never missed one before. Should I just wait another week and test again?

I’ve also been feeling super manic with mood swings which is pretty annoying, is this due to my period just being late? Also mild cramping has been continuous but no AF
