Hip flexor pain from hips forward standing position

Has anyone here had success resolving hip flexor pain that comes from chronically standing in the hips forward position? I've had it for years now and would love to imagine a life where it has been resolved. Like if I actually NEVER stood that way again, would it heal? It's not super disruptive but I feel it whenever I do active things like aerial.
