Hi everyone, I’m looking to rent my 1 bedroom condo with a dedicated office space located at Bloor St. East and Parliament. It is in a relatively new, LEED certified building (2021) by Tridel with top class amenities, an East facing view, and convenient transit access. Asking $2,500 + utilities per month and can move in as soon as you would like - ideally by January 1st or earlier.

ABOUT THE UNIT:
•	627 sq. ft.
•	1 bedroom + den (great for a home office, not a second bedroom) + locker storage
•	East facing with large balcony
•	Functional layout
•	In-suite laundry
•	3 min walk to subway station
•	pet friendly (size limit by condo rules)

AMENITIES:
•	Gym and yoga room
•	Two jacuzzi’s, sauna, and steam room
•	Party, games, and meeting rooms
•	Theatre
•	Outdoor pool
•	Outdoor lounge and bbq area
•	Children’s play room
•	Visitor parking and bicycle storage
•	24/7 concierge and security

I hope I’ve covered everything but of course will be happy to answer questions. I’m easy going, very reasonable, and that although this is my ‘property’, I get and respect this would be my tenant’s home. I have no desire to be difficult or a source of stress to my tenant’s life and hope to have a great relationship. Please let me know if you or someone you know is interested!
