Looking for obscure indie comic: green goblin magical girl, slime pet, skeleton girl, mall plot

Hi guys I’m trying to track down an indie comic / graphic novel I read years ago in a school library, but I can’t remember the title or creator.

Here’s everything I remember:

• The main character is a green magical girl, pretty sure is a goblin
• She has a pet slime
• she has a goblin granny
• She gets into conflict with a skeleton girl around her age, or at least her mom is the big bad (her mom is a bird skeleton, the skeleton girl has cat ears for a headband)
• The skeleton girl’s mother is the villain and tries to buy out their local mall
• The goblin girl tries to stop this
• There is a giant axolotl / dragon-like creature under the mall
• By the end, the goblin girl and the skeleton girl become close, possibly girlfriends
• Tone was light fantasy / slice-of-life with queer vibes, very colorful
• I vaguely remember the title maybe containing the word “Hollow”, but I’m very unsure about that
• It felt like a small-press / indie / zine-style graphic novel

It wasn’t a mainstream series. It felt very indie and in art style, kinda reminds me of Anya's Ghost or some kinda Steven Universe thing

If this sounds familiar to anyone at all, I’d really appreciate any leads. Thanksss
