Returning severe stomach pain

I had my 2nd laparoscopy last year along with pelvic floor Botox. The last 2-3 periods, I’ve had extreme bloating and stomach cramps. It’s so much worse during ovulation. I don’t suspect that my bowel endometriosis has returned but is it possible that my bowels could just be damaged due to the endometriosis and scarring? The last time it almost took me to the ER.. I was losing my breath and on my knees.
