Orion vs Arrastra thoughts

DISCUSSION

Yo! I was perusing my hangar after missing the chance to CCU a Galaxy and, while checking out the ships I've got that are still not flyable, I decided to check out the specs on the Orion since I love me some mining and I await it anxiously.

I know, its an old ship that was originally concepted WAY back, so it's likely going to have some major tweaks given the fundamental changes that have happened to mining since 2015; but just going off what the store page says today this capital mining ship is worse in most ways to the smaller (but more recently announced) Arrastra!

As a capital ship, it has 2/3rds the cargo capacity, 1 less mining laser (though I will acceed that 2 S3+ mining lasers is a poor comparison to 3 S2s but those don't exist yet and the store page doesn't specify mining laser size) would appear to be in the class that have all the drawbacks of size and docking limitations of a 170m capital ship.

Now, I know that the store doesn't list the ore bag size so it's highly likely that ore storage may be higher; but both of these ships are mobile refineries which (should? still just a concept tbf) make cargo space fairly important

What do yall think? I know, speculating on unreleased and old information, but I haven't heard any talk about the Orion (duh, its ancient and still in concept) and as a former EVE rockshooter it is marketed as what I always wanted my Rorqual to be and it feels like a shame that this ship I would like to fly one day has been supplanted in spirit by a 5-man max new hotness.

Rant and ramble done, please don't be mean to me; I'd love to hear yall's thoughts.
