[KCD1] Should I wait for the ps5 version?

I have the first game (ps4 version) and I love open world games like the witcher 3, red dead redemption etc

However I heard rumors about a ps5 version months ago. I would love KCD1 to be my christmas game but I'm really afraid to play it and then "hey a new ps5 version is out now" lol
