Am I overreacting?!?
Sorry I‘m relatively new to Doctor Who and just started watching it a couple months ago, starting with season 1 of the modern series. I‘m now at season 8 and quite frankly… the storyline of River Song just took my breath away.
I mean her story with the time running backwards for her, her being the daughter and her marrying the doctor and everything. You see her the first time and she „dies“. And that‘s just the start of the storyline.
To me it really felt like one of the most complex and well thought out storylines (and characters) in TV history. Is that an overreaction? Are there errors in the storyline I missed? Or is it just reallllly that good?!?! I thought I‘d ask the experts here.
