2013 Nissan Murano 188k miles

Car makes loud noise and will not move for about 7 kids when I push on the gas after stopping at light or stop sign. Also, after I brake the entire car shakes aggressively. Would changing the transmission oil and engine filter fix this or is the transmission likely done?
