Malfeasance

Is the Malfeasance broken or bugged? It's a hand cannon that doesn't shoot through Barrier Champion shields, even with the Anti-Barrier hand cannon perk equipped.

Whilst I'm on the topic of Anti-Champion perks, I think they should go back to Anti-Champion Archetypes, like last season I believe(?) For example, I think it was Anti-Barrier Pulse Rifle and Scout Rifles.

Why change that? I believe it gave more build options.
