HRV exhaust clearance

Does anyone know if there is a specific clearance that a furnace/boiler/ fuel burning appliance intake has to be from an HRV exhaust and could tell me where I can find it. I’ve checked OBC, gas code and installation manuals and can’t seem to find it.
