Can someone suggest good products

Hello can somebody suggest good creams or remedies to control flareups. I heard zinc 40% is good, den how to use hibilcens. And any other holy grail u guys know. my bf has it. i m trying my best to help him out . he has no education abt any of this. this group is the only place i have seen hope for him.
