Key Vibe from Bellesa Boutique

hi has anyone else ever purchased the key vibe from bellesa? they were having a big sale where if you spent a certain amount, you got a toy for free. Out of the options i could pick from i choose the key vibe, which is a discrete magnetic vibrator you wear while someone controls it. i get it, charge it as described in the instructions and it would not turn on at all. reach out to customer service, they send me a new one within the same week. I am currently charging the new one but idk i have feeling it’s gonna do the same thing. wondering if anyone has experienced this, not a huge loss bc free but was looking fwd to trying it out with my partner.
