DS-260 - Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?

Hi all,

I’m filling out my DS-260 form and my petitioner is my child. My spouse is a long-time U.S. permanent resident and is currently in the process of naturalization. Under the spouse section, the form asks:

• “Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?”
• “Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?”

Since my spouse is already a green card holder living in the U.S., should I select “No” for both questions?
