Must Haves + Tips for STR

I’m in the process of purchasing my first STR and then will add a second very soon.

What apps are must haves? If you have multiple properties do you set up a parent business or just track each property separately? Do I need a website for each property or just stick to AirBnb etc?

Any tips are welcome. TIA
