300hz 1440p monitor for under £250???

Hey, so I found this monitor on Amazon.co.uk. It's 27-inch, 2560x1440 16:9, and 300hz. My only question is: What's the catch?

Why are the equivalent specs on other monitors like £500?

There are no reviews for it on Amazon. Is this a mistake, or just a really really good deal?
