Jabbing every 7-10 days

Does anyone stretch out their doses? I usually inject on a Thursday night, last week I stretched my dose out from Thursday to Sunday night. I did feel hungry on Saturday & Sunday but it was a normal hunger feeling and not so much like I was starving and could not stop eating.

Just wondering if anyone pushes out their doses and what experiences they’ve had with that!

For context I am currently on 5mg
