Dog spayed last week, oozing normal?

18 month old female frenchie. She was spayed last Friday and I believe they used a laser and dissolvable stitches.

Last three days she has been oozing a pink/bloody discharge from the site. Went back to vet and they gave her an antibiotic and said it was normal.

We keep trying to wrap the site due to the oozing. It’s getting all over the place.

We never dealt with a spayed dog before. Is oozing like this almost 6 days later normal? The surgical site is slightly red and just a little swollen on one side.

Any tips or suggestions is appreciated
