Maximum reel/video post length?

The year was absolutely golden for me and im now on my way to edit my 2025 recap video that i want to post. since ive made tons of memories, I highly doubt that 90 seconds or 3 minutes or whatever the maximum length is, will be enough. More like 10 if im good. Can I do that? Should I split into multiple parts? I think I also seen some longer videos before that were like 5, 10 or 60 mins long.. or was that tiktok? I'm not really sure.. just wanna make sure that i know in advance before I start editing for nothing.. thanks

Either as a reel, normal video or can you post videos in slides? I use insta daily but never post, that's why I don't know 😬
