Looking to buy a 2/3 BHK within 1.2-1.4 cr in north/east blr, which is the best property?
I’m house-hunting in and around Budigere / KIADB Phase II or III (North/East Bengaluru) and my target is a 2 BHK or 3 BHK flat in the ₹1.2 cr to ₹1.3 cr budget range.
What I’m hoping to learn from you: • Which projects / societies in/around Budigere or KIADB Phase II/III are worth checking out — with good builder reputation, infrastructure & upcoming development. • What are the red flags you observed in properties here (flooding, connectivity issues, poor construction, unclear approvals, etc.) — especially from real buyers rather than ads. • If any of you have recently bought / visited a flat in that area, was your experience good or disappointing (quality, maintenance, amenities, commute to ORR/airport/tech parks). • Whether the “growth potential + resale/rental demand” looks good — for future resale or for renting, if needed. • What due-diligence checks you suggest (legal, khata/OC, builder track-record, infrastructure readiness) for this price-range in North/East Bangalore.
My constraints & preferences: • 2 BHK or 3 BHK — must have decent living space (not cramped). • Budget: ₹1.2–1.3 cr (maybe a little stretch if the value is right). • Prefer projects with good approval status (RERA, OC/Khata, clear title), realistic connectivity to main roads / ORR / tech-corridors. • Open to under-construction or ready-to-move, but want as much clarity as possible.
Really appreciate any honest experiences or advice — thank you 🙏
