Coworker and I see the same therapist

I saw a therapist for over a year until he was no longer in network with my insurance. A year has gone by and I feel like I need therapy again. I have searched for months for a therapist and everyone is either not in network with my insurance or is full.

I finally found a therapist that was in network and had availability. Today was our second appointment. I pull into the parking lot and see my coworkers distinct car. So I wait in my car and sure enough my coworker walked out. We see the same therapist!! This wouldn't be an issue with any other coworkers besides this is the one that is causing me a ton of work stress and is a big reason why I feel the need to go to therapy.

I was visibly upset and talked with my therapist about it. She offered to help me find a new therapist or make sure we don't have back to back future appointments. I have mixed feelings about all of this.

What would you do?

The wild thing is my therapist rescheduled my appt. If she hadn't, I still would not know my coworker goes there. Crazy coincidence. Looking back, I probably shouldn't have said anything because she would have not known who I was referencing when I would talk about my problematic coworker. I was just caught really off guard and was high anxiety due to an issue this morning regarding this specific coworker
