Propranolol

I was recently prescribed Propranolol 60mg ER for anxiety and I was wondering if it was better to take at night or during the day? My biggest concern would be my heart rate lowering too much while I’m sleeping, my current bpm while just laying down is around 50-60. I’ve also heard it doesn’t actually lower your heart rate just keeps it from going up.
