Florida temp ban is over?

On August 13th, 2025 the attorney general placed in effect a temporary emergency ban on 7-OH in Florida. An emergency ban is typically for 90 days. I did a bit of research and found that they say it’s “expected” to last for a year, but I can’t find any precedent. Does this mean that 7OH is temporarily legal in Florida until they vote on the bill in January, or has it been extended? I would like to know if there has been any discussion about this, as I’ve been waiting since August under the impression that I would be able to buy it again for at least a few months after the 3 months was up.
