Need a good advice

I am on a 485 graduate visa living in Sydney. I have a social work degree and currently working as a mental health worker. I have applied for 189 and 190. I have 75 points and will be doing my NAATI soon. I am thinking to move to Tasmania. Can anyone please suggest of moving to Tasmania is a better option than staying in Sydney?
