New(ish) reader looking for my next read

Just recently got into reading fantasy and I'm absolutely hooked. Favorite up to this point is the Demon Cycle series (which I am currently working through) by Peter V. Brett but also enjoyed Lord of the Rings. Been enjoying the darker vibe that the Demon Cycle books have and have my eye on a few different titles, but fantasy is such a big genre I'm not really sure where to turn next. What would be your recommendation based on this info? All help is appreciated, and I can elaborate further if needed!
