I want to further my relationship with the Thoi, but I can't get myself to do anything

So this is the worst with worship and offering but I this goes for everything, for instance whenever I want to write my book ether for fun or as a votive offering to Lord Apollo I just can't get myself to do it even though I want to, has anyone else struggled with this.
