Anyone Toronto Realtors here not renewing their TRREB membership this year?

The renewal is over $2,000, and I’m hearing a lot of agents quietly saying they’re not going to pay it; especially with how the market has been. Are you renewing, or skipping it this year?
I know some people are just parking their license for cheap (like parkyourlicense.ca) and taking a break.

Curious what others are doing.
