Small complaint

They closed the early access line at about 7:20 even though the website says they are open till 8pm. I can't seem to find any announcement about it closing early. They said the employees wanted to go home at 8 and I'm fine with that, but I wish there had been some communication that the line would possibly close early on the Dragonsteel website.
