Which BOSGAME Mini PC for office work? $235 - E5 / AMD 5300U / 16GB / 1TB PCIe 3 or $435 - M4 / Ryzen 7 7840HS / 32GB / 1TB PCIe 4

I bought this one above for $435 a few days ago during BF. Today, I saw the one below for $235 after a coupon so I bought that as well. Which one should I keep? Is the M4 overkill for office tasks? I don't play games and will be hardwired.

Obviously the M4 is a better PC, but it's almost double the price and I'm not sure if it's overkill for my needs. At the same time, my main concern is the AMD 5300U not lasting very long.
Also, I have this monitor and I'm not 100% sure if the GPU in the E5 will be good enough? https://www.samsung.com/us/monitors/gaming/49-inch-odyssey-g9-g91f-dqhd-144hz-gaming-monitor-sku-ls49fg910enxza/
Any feedback is much appreciated!
