My brother yelled at me after saying I’m eating too much sugar.
I (16F) am a bigger girl, I always have been since I was the biggest baby. I now just don’t care what I eat, if I want to eat cake then I eat cake. It’s not like I’m entirely unhealthy, I do have a balanced diet but if I want to eat something unhealthy I’m not gonna stop myself from doing that because I think I’m too fat. My brother , who is also bigger, constantly has something to say about me. Today I decided I wanted to have a chocolate milkshake so I made one and about 3 hours later I realised we had cake in the fridge that I made for my stepdads birthday so I had a slice. At the same time he decided he wants to come into the kitchen and tell me that I’m having too much sugar. Now this man is 22 years old and moved back into his mother’s house because he moved too far away and couldn’t handle it. This man also has had takeaway multiple times this week already. I respond to him saying that I don’t care and if I did care I wouldn’t eat the cake, might I add he was also cutting himself a slice. He continues on saying that “he’s just saying” that I’m having too much sugar, I just keep repeating myself over saying I could care less. He then yells at me telling me to shut up and other things I didn’t listen to. I’m also a very sensitive person so obviously as I walked up to my room I’m crying. My mother heard the whole thing and was telling us BOTH to shut up when he was the one that started it and continued with it after I responded. Best believe I’m telling his girlfriend what he did when I see her next.
I also don’t know if this is the correct place to post this cause I couldn’t post it on other subreddits…
