Stuck

Anyone else feel like they will never be anything except hurt? Can't relate to how people are or even their own memories because they were assaulted/raped as a kid and an adult? Can't trust anyone?

Anyone else feel always alone and just like giving up? That their life has never really been their choice. Like bury me in white so they will know it wasn't my choice.
